About the Company We are an institutional open finance platform, serving more than half of all real world asset holders. We bring institutional assets out of closed financial systems into open, programmable, globally accessible markets. Our flagship asset management protocol opens institutional assets from leading global asset managers to investors worldwide through compliant, non custodial vaults. We are backed by top tier institutional investors, and hold a SEC transfer agent registration alongside a licence from the Bermuda Monetary Authority. About the Role We are hiring a high potential BD Associate or Manager to build top of funnel distribution for our vault products. This is a sell side role. You are not sourcing assets, you are distributing them. The job is to find, open, and advance conversations with platforms sitting on stablecoins that need to earn yield, and bring those opportunities to the point where our vaults get plugged in. You will represent a live product suite to sophisticated counterparties, which means enough fluency in the underlying assets, private credit, fixed income products, ETFs, and structured credit, to credibly field first pass questions and run initial diligence without escalating every conversation. You will work closely with senior leadership with high ownership from day one, on an accelerated path toward running deals end to end. This is the traditional finance flavour of our distribution hiring. It optimises for TradFi nativity and institutional or enterprise sales experience. Crypto or DeFi experience is welcome but not a requirement. We are running a separate, crypto native version of this search in parallel. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of distribution channels: centralised exchanges (earn programmes, yield features), decentralised exchanges and DeFi protocols, neobanks and fintech platforms, stablecoin issuers and treasuries, and any avenue where idle stablecoins need to earn yield. Conduct market mapping, segmentation, and opportunity sizing. Who to target, why, and in what order. Run outreach and relationship building, converting cold and warm leads into qualified conversations. Drive meeting to deal execution: discovery, product walkthroughs, and term discussions. Field initial diligence questions on the underlying assets, covering yield mechanics, credit quality, fund structures, and redemption terms, and know when to bring in specialists, making those handoffs seamless. Prepare and maintain sell side materials such as one pagers, data rooms, and FAQ docs, in partnership with the product and asset teams. Help negotiate commercial terms and structure integrations, coordinating cross functional workstreams across ops, legal, and product to get deals from signed to live. Requirements 2 to 5 years in business development, partnerships, investment banking, sales and trading, asset management distribution, or a similar client facing finance role. Traditional finance nativity. Genuinely fluent in institutional financial products and comfortable with institutional counterparties. Institutional or enterprise sales experience. Has sold complex products to sophisticated buyers, not transactional SMB volume. Working knowledge of fixed income and credit products. Can explain what a CLO ETF or private credit fund actually is, and comfortable learning the rest fast. Strong pipeline and CRM discipline. Tracks, prioritises, and follows up relentlessly. Excellent written and verbal communication. Will be the face of the product in first meetings. Bonus Skills Familiarity with crypto and DeFi, including stablecoins, yield mechanics, and how exchanges and protocols make money. Welcome, but explicitly not a requirement for this seat. Existing relationships at exchanges, neobanks, DeFi protocols, or stablecoin issuers. Experience in sell side distribution or capital introduction. Prior exposure to tokenization, RWAs, or onchain asset management. Benefits and Other Open to visa sponsorship and relocation for the right candidate. Clear progression path: associate, then deal owner, then partnerships operator. Direct exposure to senior leadership and live deal flow from week one. A product with real traction in the fastest growing category in crypto, RWA and tokenized yield.

We are building the future of real world assets onchain, developing infrastructure that connects traditional financial assets with the decentralised financial economy. Most tokenization efforts have struggled because products land onchain with high minimums, heavy KYC requirements, and no clear customer base. We are solving for both sides, onboarding high quality assets and building the distribution layer that drives actual adoption. Through our flagship product we tokenize assets including securities and structured credit strategies, and deploy them into permissionless, composable vaults, unlocking novel use cases such as structured leverage at the share level for a private credit fund. We are backed by leading investors, and our team comprises experts from top Web2 and Web3 companies. About the Role We are hiring an Associate, Strategic Partnerships to support and scale our institutional growth. The role sits at the intersection of business development, market analysis, and capital formation, helping senior leadership scale asset onboarding and raise capital for our onchain funds. You will support capital formation deals led by senior Directors in New York and Singapore, while owning research, preparation, and execution across a range of strategic initiatives. This position requires strong analytical judgment, comfort engaging with institutional counterparties, and the ability to manage cross functional processes. You will work closely with leadership across GTM, product, and legal to help translate strategy into measurable growth. This role reports to the Head of GTM. Key Responsibilities Market research: conduct research and analysis to inform our institutional strategy for integrating traditional financial assets into the ecosystem. Asset diligence: contribute to sourcing and diligence of credit funds, fixed income strategies, and structured financial products by performing risk assessments across structure, collateral, liquidity, counterparty, and legal dimensions. Capital formation: support institutional capital formation for our onchain investment products by assisting with outreach, materials, and managing relationships with TradFi LPs seeking structured exposure to tokenized yield and real world assets. External partner management: assist in managing relationships with institutional players including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and family offices, helping coordinate pitches, follow up materials, and cross functional execution. Internal operations: support cross functional business operations and execution, including driving special projects independently across GTM, PDE, and Operations. Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, fintech, or high growth startups in financial services or infrastructure. Experience at top tier institutions is a plus. Strong understanding of financial securities, especially credit and fixed income. Ability to read and reason through legal and financial documentation. High ownership and comfort operating with limited direction in a fast moving startup environment. Mandarin business proficiency, required regardless of location, to engage counterparties and partners across Greater China and the wider region. English fluency. Bonus Skills RWA, crypto, or DeFi familiarity. High intellectual horsepower and pedigree, with clear academic and professional acceleration. Candidates with TradFi experience. Based in, or able to be regularly present in, a Tier 1 or Tier 2 hub city near where regional capital sits.

Principal Product Manager Remote, USA We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a core area of the platform end-to-end and to be accountable not just for shipping it, but for scaling its adoption and revenue. You will report directly to our Chief Product and Strategy Officer and operate with the autonomy of a product leader: setting direction, making hard calls, and partnering with leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take products from inception to scale. This is a role for someone at the top of their craft — someone who has built products from zero and grown them into meaningful businesses. Key Responsibilities Own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and the growth that follows. You own the outcome, not just the release. Take products from inception to scale and own their commercial trajectory — you treat adoption and revenue as first-class product metrics, not someone else's problem. Develop a deep understanding of our users (builders, issuers, protocols, and institutional partners) and translate their needs into crisp, actionable product requirements. Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping. Ship inside regulated, supervised environments, working through risks and constraints without losing momentum. Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions. Collaborate with go-to-market, sales and partnership teams to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth, and consider build x buy x partner opportunities to advance the roadmap. Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, launch narratives — to align internal teams and external partners, and raise the bar for how the product org operates. Qualifications 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience, with a proven track record of shipping products that made an impact in the market. Equivalent entrepreneurial experience is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to scale a product's revenue: you've owned commercial outcomes and can point to products whose growth you were directly accountable for. Ideally, deep experience in payments, financial services, or building within regulated or supervised environments — you know how to ship when compliance, licensing, and risk shape the product. Strong technical fluency. You are a systems thinker and, while you won't be expected to write code, you are able to hold your own in architectural discussions. Excellent written and verbal communication; you can explain complex systems simply and make sharp prioritization arguments on paper. Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data; you know which metrics matter and why. Genuine curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money — or a clear track record of ramping quickly in complex new domains. Skills & Attributes Operates with autonomy: You set direction under ambiguity, make strong decisions with incomplete information, and don't wait to be told what matters. Bias toward action: You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect clarity. Collaborative communicator: You foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, engineers, and designers — and translate fluently between them. Delivery-focused: You hold a clear line on objectives and drive relentlessly toward outcomes, filtering signal from noise. Customer obsessed: You represent the voice of the customer in every room, and the voice of the product to every customer. Raises the bar: You make the people and processes around you better, and you set a standard for craft that others follow. Nice to Haves Experience building networks or network-effects products — marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, developer ecosystems, where value compounds with each new participant. Experience working on stablecoin issuance or tokenization. Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs used by technical end-users. Compensation Competitive compensation (base salary with equity/token grant) commensurate with experience. Benefits Global team and flexibility: Join a truly global team with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our hubs in NYC or Berlin. Health and wellness: Comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage, plus a wellbeing allowance and gym membership to support your physical and mental health. Customizable IT setup: Tailor your workspace with access to top-notch IT equipment. Professional development: An annual development budget to enhance your skills and grow professionally, including opportunities to participate in conferences and on-site company events worldwide.

About Borderless Borderless.xyz is a global payments network for stablecoin on/off-ramps. Money is increasingly moving onchain, but moving it globally means fragmented rails and dozens of locally licensed providers. Borderless solves this with a single API plugged into 15+ locally licensed stablecoin providers across 100 countries, letting fintechs route to whichever provider they choose. Seed stage, backed by a $3M pre-seed. Revenue is growing steadily with a growing enterprise customer base. About the Role Borderless's first true Head of Sales. Sales has been founder-led to date, which produced clarity on ICP, pricing, and proof points plus an existing pipeline. This hire takes the motion over and builds the function: outbound pipeline, end-to-end closing, and eventually a team. The sale is consultative, technical, and educational (stablecoin infrastructure), not transactional. ICP: crypto-native PSPs, fintechs, wallets, and remittance companies, plus the locally licensed providers themselves. The commercial motion is a straight SaaS platform fee with typical ACV in the ~$60K range and 2-3 month outbound sales cycles. Year-one quota will likely land around $700K-$900K new ARR, with a 3-6 month ramp (partial variable guaranteed during ramp). Key Responsibilities - Build and execute the outbound sales motion; inbound exists but is noisy — outbound is the priority - Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, closing - Travel consistently — the cycle is conference-heavy (heavily LatAm), approximately 2 conferences/month during busy seasons (Feb-late May, Aug-Nov); deals rarely close without meeting in person - Run a tight product-sales feedback loop with the technical team - Consistently hit revenue targets while building a long-term pipeline and, over time, the sales team Requirements - 7-10+ years in sales/BD at Head of Sales level or a CV clearly leading up to it - Experience in payments OR crypto/stablecoins (either works; crypto is a big plus, not a must). Must be broadly in fintech. - Consultative, technical selling experience — API-first SaaS or infrastructure products - Willing to travel constantly and represent the company at industry events (hard must-have) - Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets, with concrete commercial numbers (quota, ARR, accounts) on the CV Bonus Skills - Existing personal book of decision-maker relationships at ICP companies - Fluent Spanish — much of the network, customer base, and conference circuit is LatAm-based - Direct stablecoin/crypto-payments vertical experience Benefits - Full medical, dental, and vision - Unlimited PTO - Family/medical leave - Disability and life insurance

About the Company We are the all-in-one crypto and stablecoin platform built exclusively for payments companies. Clients onboard with a single partner and unlock stablecoin settlement, payins, payouts, and treasury optimisation across global corridors, all through a single API. The platform is built on top of leading providers at every layer of the stablecoin stack (custody, KYX, screening) with proprietary orchestration technology on top, and is the only platform offering product and licence redundancy in all major markets, with dozens of partners and over 100 global licences. Founded by payments executives and crypto veterans, we announced a $20M Series A in 2026. We are remote-first with offices in Miami and Vienna, and run a first-principles, founder-mindset culture: compliance-first, AI-driven, client-obsessed. About the Role A hands-on senior engineer with a Technical Leadership / Platform specialisation who owns the technical foundation of the platform: roughly 30-50% architecture, the rest hands-on on the most complex, highest-risk backend work. This person defines the platform architecture, so crypto-specific failure modes (finality and reorgs, vendor sandbox-vs-production gaps, stablecoin settlement mechanics, compliance flows in the money path) must be known upfront, not learned on the job. IC-track with no people management, technical influence only. Reports to the Engineering Manager. Key Responsibilities - Design and evolve core platform services: reliability, data integrity, clear service boundaries; identify architectural risks and scalability limits before they hit production - Implement the most complex, high-risk backend components in TypeScript/Node.js, owning correctness under partial-failure scenarios - Design reliability mechanisms: retries and backoff, timeouts, idempotency, partial-failure handling, degraded and fallback modes - Act as the primary technical contact for partners and clients on API/SDK integrations: solution reviews, troubleshooting, roadmap alignment, documentation - Drive observability improvements (metrics, logs, tracing) and participate in production incident analysis - Raise the team's technical maturity through code reviews, decomposition of ambiguous problems, pairing, and documentation Requirements - 6+ years of professional backend engineering with strong TypeScript and Node.js - Deep hands-on crypto infrastructure experience: designed and ran production systems that move real funds (custody, wallets, exchange, payments, or settlement). CEX-grade UX, fully onchain. Advanced strategies, real-time PnL, and 100% of value returned to real contributors. Backed by leading crypto investors with a $30M seed round, we are building the exchange traders have always deserved. We are early, moving fast, and looking for a Growth Lead who lives at the intersection of community, distribution, and product instinct. About the Role This is not a traditional marketing hire. If a feature would unlock a trading cohort, make the case. - Build and manage relationships with key traders, communities, and influencers who can move volume. - Track what matters: activation rates, D1/D7/D30 retention, referral conversion, volume per cohort. Optimise relentlessly. Requirements - Deep crypto-native background: you have traded, you understand perps, funding rates, liquidations, and what serious traders care about - Proven track record growing a crypto product, exchange, or trading platform: volume moved, communities built, campaigns that worked - Strong social instincts: you know how crypto Twitter, Telegram, and Discord work as distribution channels, not just comms channels - Experience closing BD partnerships in crypto: integrations, KOL deals, ecosystem relationships, or market maker relationships - Product sense: strong opinions on UX, onboarding flows, and trader experience, backed by real knowledge of what good looks like - Comfortable operating 0 to 1 in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with minimal process and maximum ownership - Based in the US or Europe with meaningful overlap across both time zones Nice to Have - Experience at a DEX, CEX, or crypto trading infrastructure company - Existing relationships with top crypto KOLs, trading communities, or market makers - Background in running trading competitions, incentive campaigns, or points programs - Experience with airdrop or token distribution strategy

Design partners include Ramp and Modern Treasury. A small, deliberately tight NYC team — they shipped money movement within six months of starting and optimise for autonomy, ownership, and pace over headcount. About the Role The FDE lives at the boundary between TBMC and its customers — payments companies and financial institutions, often on aging, fragmented infrastructure. They come in earlier than a typical FDE: owning the full integration lifecycle, helping define the product surface area built with partners, and translating customer needs into roadmap input. This is an engineer willing to do sales — technical sales alone isn't enough. Key Responsibilities - Own the full integration lifecycle with customers/partners — scoping, technical design, implementation, testing, go-live - Be the connective tissue between customers and product; triage and scope needs into actionable roadmap input - Design and build shared tooling, SDKs, and documentation that make integrating fast and painless - Debug production issues across system boundaries — first responder when something breaks between TBMC and a partner - Talk to users and build product hands-on, not just advise Requirements - 3+ years building and shipping integrations with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking partners - Has been on the other end of the API — knows what good and bad integration experiences feel like - Excellent communication — translates between engineering-speak and customer-speak without losing fidelity - Enough payments fluency to move fast through complex flows of funds Bonus Skills - Stablecoin / blockchain experience (preferred, not required) - Prior forward-deployed / solutions-engineering experience Benefits - Medical, dental, vision - Unlimited PTO - Periodic off-sites
About the Company We are a team of elite builders, moving fast and redefining what's possible. We're a high-growth software development company operating at significant scale in the crypto space, building platforms that have generated substantial revenue and attracted significant attention across the crypto community. About the Role We are looking for a battle-tested SRE expert who solves problems. Someone we can hand an ambiguous, high-stakes infrastructure bottleneck to and trust to navigate it end-to-end scoping it, making sound trade-offs, and knowing when to ask versus when to just execute. Requirements - SRE/Infrastructure Specialist: Infrastructure-as-code, high-availability architecture, network topology, and system internals are your home turf. You write clean, production-grade automation code (Python, Go, or similar) for tooling, operators, and systems integration. - Foundational Infrastructure Experience: Ideally 0 to 1 experience, with the ability to speak credibly about platform architecture decisions you made early — what you were glad about, and what you'd do differently. - Production Systems at Scale: Experience with highly available environments, multi-region or active-active failover designs, real on-call rotations, critical incident response, and blameless post-mortems. You understand why reliability in a financial system is a different kind of serious. - Modern Cloud and Cloud-Native Tooling: Deep expertise in modern cloud providers (AWS, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu). Understanding of the underlying patterns and opinions formed by hard-won experience. - Risk Judgment: You can move fast when the situation allows and slow down when safety demands it — and you can explain why in any given case. Nice to Have - Security & compliance engineering: infrastructure security hardening, IAM architecture, or compliance mapping (SOC 2, ISO) - Data & streaming infrastructure: experience managing and scaling high-throughput, low-latency data backbones and event streaming systems (Kafka, Redpanda, PostgreSQL) - Comfort with crypto/Web3 infrastructure patterns - Cultural leadership: a track record of raising the operational engineering bar through tooling, standards, and mentorship Compensation - Competitive base salary + equity/tokens
