About the Role OP Labs is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive onchain adoption by fintechs and centralised crypto exchanges the most important distribution partners for bringing users and assets onchain. This person defines the roadmap for enterprise-facing products that help these businesses integrate DeFi functionality without sacrificing user experience. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute product strategy across integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that help fintechs and exchanges embed onchain services - Build deep expertise in fintechs and exchanges their compliance, custody, and UX needs and translate that into products and partnerships - Launch and scale products that make it easier for enterprises to offer yield, trading, payments, and other onchain financial products - Partner with DeFi protocols, infra providers, custodians, and chain operators to accelerate ecosystem growth - Work cross-functionally with engineering, BD, design, and marketing from concept to launch Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralised crypto exchanges - Strong ability to engage enterprise partners, uncover pain points, and translate them into product requirements - Comfortable working across custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations to inform product decisions - Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics (trading, lending, payments) or exchange infrastructure Bonus Skills - Direct experience with onchain/DeFi products Benefits - Fully paid medical, dental, and vision - 4% 401(k) match
