About Borderless Borderless.xyz is a global payments network for stablecoin on/off-ramps. Money is increasingly moving onchain, but moving it globally means fragmented rails and dozens of locally licensed providers. Borderless solves this with a single API plugged into 15+ locally licensed stablecoin providers across 100 countries, letting fintechs route to whichever provider they choose. Seed stage, backed by a $3M pre-seed. Revenue is growing steadily with a growing enterprise customer base. About the Role Borderless's first true Head of Sales. Sales has been founder-led to date, which produced clarity on ICP, pricing, and proof points plus an existing pipeline. This hire takes the motion over and builds the function: outbound pipeline, end-to-end closing, and eventually a team. The sale is consultative, technical, and educational (stablecoin infrastructure), not transactional. ICP: crypto-native PSPs, fintechs, wallets, and remittance companies, plus the locally licensed providers themselves. The commercial motion is a straight SaaS platform fee with typical ACV in the ~$60K range and 2-3 month outbound sales cycles. Year-one quota will likely land around $700K-$900K new ARR, with a 3-6 month ramp (partial variable guaranteed during ramp). Key Responsibilities - Build and execute the outbound sales motion; inbound exists but is noisy — outbound is the priority - Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, closing - Travel consistently — the cycle is conference-heavy (heavily LatAm), approximately 2 conferences/month during busy seasons (Feb-late May, Aug-Nov); deals rarely close without meeting in person - Run a tight product-sales feedback loop with the technical team - Consistently hit revenue targets while building a long-term pipeline and, over time, the sales team Requirements - 7-10+ years in sales/BD at Head of Sales level or a CV clearly leading up to it - Experience in payments OR crypto/stablecoins (either works; crypto is a big plus, not a must). Must be broadly in fintech. - Consultative, technical selling experience — API-first SaaS or infrastructure products - Willing to travel constantly and represent the company at industry events (hard must-have) - Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets, with concrete commercial numbers (quota, ARR, accounts) on the CV Bonus Skills - Existing personal book of decision-maker relationships at ICP companies - Fluent Spanish — much of the network, customer base, and conference circuit is LatAm-based - Direct stablecoin/crypto-payments vertical experience Benefits - Full medical, dental, and vision - Unlimited PTO - Family/medical leave - Disability and life insurance
About the Company Our client is a venture backed blockchain infrastructure company in London, around 25 people, that builds roughly half of all blocks on Ethereum. In plain terms: everything anyone does on chain creates a transaction. Those transactions are assembled into blocks, and validators process them every 12 seconds. Our client builds those blocks. It is the point in the chain where most of the revenue is generated, and it is invisible to almost everyone who benefits from it. Transaction flow reaches them two ways, through the public mempool and through private order flow, and the business is now expanding in two directions at once. Vertically, across the supply chain: from the user creating the transaction, to routing it, to building the block, to the open source products validators use to connect. And horizontally, across other chains. The closer the company gets to the end user, the more consumer facing it becomes, and the clearer the path from infrastructure company to trading platform. About the Role The company has built something a large share of Ethereum depends on and says almost nothing about it publicly. There is no real communications output anywhere. They have been building in a vacuum, and this hire exists to end that. This is the most senior marketing seat in the business and, for now, the only one. You will report to the founders, own the function outright and have scope to hire under you later. In practice it is a CMO role at an early stage company, with the work split between deciding what the company says and writing most of it yourself. The job is to build awareness from a standing start and then control the narrative: what the company stands for, which themes it owns, and how it shows up in conversations that are currently happening without it. Three audiences, all of which need to be served at once: Institutional, which in this market means trading firms and sophisticated counterparties Developers, who will check the technical claims before they believe any of them Crypto native and degen users, who respond to speed, presence and tone What You Will Own Company positioning and narrative, across the business and across each product Narrative pillars: the two to four themes the company anchors itself to and returns to repeatedly Awareness and share of voice across Ethereum, the L2 landscape and the chains the company expands into next Institutional facing communications and collateral, supporting the commercial side of the business Content and research output, including long form explainers that make block building legible to people who do not already understand it Social presence and cadence across company and product accounts Event and conference strategy Competitive positioning, including tracking how rivals in the space talk about the same problems Direct work with engineers and founders to turn deeply technical output into something readable Who You Are Five to ten years in marketing, communications or content, with the bulk of it in crypto Psychologically switched on. You read rooms and audiences quickly, know the narratives running through the market at any given moment, and understand why they took hold Crypto native, with a working grasp of MEV, block building, validators and the L1 and L2 landscape. You can talk to a protocol engineer without a translator From a technical crypto company where the product was genuinely hard to explain. A strong writer first. Published work matters more than campaign dashboards here Able to move between an institutional trading audience and an anonymous account on X in the same week without sounding false in either register Comfortable being the only marketer in the building, with no team to delegate to for the first stretch Candidates from large marketing organisations, where the work was one slice of a much bigger machine, are unlikely to fit London based and able to work from the office five days a week

This is a hands on first line manager role, not a manager of managers Meaningful ownership of backend, infrastructure, platform or transactional systems, rather than delivery or optimisation alone Concrete, current use of AI tooling: you can name the tools, describe how your workflow changed, explain how you are upskilling the team, and hold a view on how AI changes the software lifecycle An AI forward or web3 and crypto background. Payments and general fintech are learnable here rather than a differentiator Someone who still owns technical decisions directly rather than delegating them to tech leads You love the idea of coaching and building leaders, both inside and outside your direct team You work well cross functionally and can think rigorously and make hard trade offs Experience managing remote teams, and comfort with a fast pace, high autonomy and real responsibility
About the Company Our client is internet native infrastructure for debt capital markets, replacing traditional trust and agency providers with a software driven platform that verifies assets, enforces credit agreements and automates cash flows in real time. About the Role They are building a new Forward Deployed Engineering team. Turning a signed debt facility into a running production deal is now the constraint on how fast the business can take on new work. Today that onboarding is done by platform engineers between other commitments, so every new facility slows platform work down and vice versa. This role owns the path from signed facility to a deal running in production, per deal, end to end. Operations reads the credit agreement and writes the functional definition. You turn it into working software: design it, build it, prove it, ship it into the production codebase, then stay with it until it runs without you. Six months after go live the measure is simple, the deal generates no engineering tickets. You will own client meetings on your deals with an advisory posture, telling clients how it should work on the platform and saying no with a reason when what they ask for will not hold. This is the company's highest priority hiring push: a parallel team alongside the existing product engineering team. Requirements Five or more years of software engineering experience, with real programming depth, including the ability to explain and apply separation between business logic and I/O in a hexagonal architecture Production grade Python backend experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL and AWS Ownership of delivery end to end: refining requirements, designing the solution, shipping it, proving it and handing it over Experience leading technical sessions with customer teams, and the ability to describe changing a client's mind, including saying no while maintaining the relationship Fluency with SQL, irregular spreadsheets, PDFs and reconciliations that do not initially balance Experience reading external API documentation, debugging third party payloads and building file pipelines for clients who cannot change their exports Practical judgment about where coding agents produce incorrect results, rather than enthusiasm for AI tools alone English strong enough to serve as the technical voice with clients, in both asynchronous communication and live meetings Key Responsibilities Own each deal's onboarding pipeline end to end, including database structures, deal schemas, declaration services, metrics, covenants, dashboards, automated reports, and, where the company controls cash, on chain transaction builders and waterfalls Turn each deal's functional definition into live calculation, verification and control across eligibility rules, borrowing base, covenants, cash controls and reporting calendars Interrogate functional specifications before building, identify unresolved questions, and return them to Operations rather than implementing assumptions Own client data intake, profile actual client submissions, build ingestion, and reconcile client declarations against stored data and expected payments Run working sessions with client operations and credit teams, technical sessions with client engineers, and follow ups that convert conversations into decisions Hand deals to Operations at go live with runbooks and invariant checks, so Operations can resolve day to day issues without engineering support Identify patterns that recur across deals and give Product Engineering context, without over generalising while a client is waiting Who This Is Not For Engineers who need a complete specification before they can start Solutions consultants who script around problems rather than shipping production code Candidates who see this as a stepping stone into platform work

Capital markets are undergoing a fundamental shift. Assets that live in fragmented systems and manual workflows are moving onto blockchains, systems designed to move and store value more transparently and efficiently. While this unlocks more open and programmable financial systems, it also introduces significant complexity, and for most people, moving money into this new world is still far too hard. For fintech builders, they provide a best in class onboarding and deposit stack that drives conversion and unlocks growth. They operate at the intersection of financial infrastructure, complex engineering and product experience. They are looking for a Head of Compliance to build and own the compliance function behind that infrastructure: the standards, controls, tooling and judgment that let the platform orchestrate money movement globally without ever being the reason a partner, a bank or a regulator hesitates. This is a first hire, build role. Compliance here is a design input, not a checklist bolted onto a finished product. The architecture is non custodial, the rails span fiat and crypto, and the mandate is global, which means the compliance posture has to be reasoned from first principles rather than copied from a bank or an exchange. You will work closely with the General Counsel to help set that posture. The role reports directly to the General Counsel and works closely with the CEO, Finance and Operations, Engineering, Partnerships and Customer Support. You will start with sanctions and the crypto side of the business, and grow into ownership of the full programme, including the fiat side as those rails expand. What You Will Own The sanctions programme. Screening standards, escalation and decisioning, recordkeeping and reporting, end to end, with a clear and documented rationale for every design choice. Policies, procedures and risk assessment. The written foundation of the programme, built for a DeFi rails architecture rather than inherited from a template. You will be able to explain that architecture, and what it does and does not implicate, to counterparties who have never seen one. Vendors and tooling. Selection, implementation and ongoing management of blockchain analytics and screening providers, held to measurable performance rather than to their sales decks. Compliance by design. Working with Engineering, Product and Customer Success early enough that controls live inside the product, not around it. You will be in the room when rails are designed, offering critical insight and guidance. Outside advisors. Directing compliance support and specialist advisors, setting the questions, owning the answers, and deciding what gets built in house versus bought. What We Are Looking For Eight or more years in compliance, including meaningful time at a leading crypto or DeFi company, a digital asset exchange, or a financial institution with a serious digital assets practice Working command of OFAC sanctions requirements as applied to on chain activity, practical and current rather than theoretical Direct experience with non custodial or self custody product architectures, and a clear point of view on how compliance obligations attach to them. This is a requirement, not a preference Fluency with blockchain analytics tooling and on chain investigation. You can work a chain of transactions yourself rather than waiting on a vendor's report A policy mindset. You can write the standard, defend it under pressure, and tell the difference between a rule, a norm and a vendor's default setting Excellent written communication. The output of this job is largely documents that other people act on Comfort as the first and only compliance hire, with the ambition to build a function rather than maintain one Nice to Have Experience standing up a compliance programme from zero at an early stage company Exposure to money transmission, MSB registration or state licensing frameworks Regulatory, enforcement or policy experience, at an agency, a trade association or in private practice Familiarity with card scheme rules and the compliance surface of fiat payment rails Why Join Own the compliance posture of infrastructure at the centre of a fast growing business. Your judgment ships to every application built on the platform at once Work at the intersection of hard engineering, real payment economics and product craft Ship consequential work quickly, alongside leading applications, protocols and financial infrastructure providers Location and Work Environment Primarily in person at the company's New York headquarters. The team works together Monday to Thursday for fast, iterative collaboration, with optional work from home on Fridays.

This role is for you if you get real energy from helping and managing a team of engineers to do their best work and ship full stack applied AI software. You will manage a small team of senior, highly technical software engineers, reporting to company leadership. No two days will be the same, but you can expect to: Lead, coach and grow a team of senior robotics software engineers Own delivery: turn strategy into a clear roadmap, keep the team aligned, and unblock them when things get messy Own communication with the hardware, customer success and operations teams, ensuring alignment in each direction Stay technical enough to contribute to architecture decisions, set and maintain engineering quality standards, and get into the detail when it matters, without needing to be the one writing every line of code About the Company Our client is building robots that can handle the messy, unpredictable and chaotic real world. They believe that by deploying today, they reveal second order effects and edge cases that cannot be seen in the lab or in simulation. Their mission is to become the UK's go to applied AI robotics team, and they will go above and beyond to get there. The Role You will own day to day leadership, delivery and alignment for the software team, and will be responsible for ensuring the team meets the strategy and goals of company leadership. This is not a stepping stone people management role. The team you will lead is made up of senior, experienced engineers, think PhDs and former founders, working across the entire software stack from computer vision to reinforcement learning. You will need real technical credibility to contribute meaningfully to architecture conversations, but the other half of this job is leadership: internal team alignment, hiring, employee growth, and making sure the team works effectively with the hardware team and the rest of the business. If you see the people side of engineering management as critical to company performance rather than a distraction from real engineering, this role is built for you. What You Will Do People leadership Manage, coach and grow a team of senior software engineers, including PhD level specialists in ML and computer vision Help engineers manage their time and priorities effectively, set clear goals, and support career development for people who are highly senior in their specialism Handle performance conversations, feedback and any team conflicts directly and constructively Support hiring: define roles, run interviews, and help bring in more excellent engineers as the team grows Delivery and alignment Translate the company's technical strategy into a clear, achievable roadmap for the software team Run planning, prioritisation and delivery tracking so the team stays focused and unblocked Represent the software team, communicating its needs and asks to hardware and relaying hardware's needs and asks back, so both teams stay aligned on dependencies, timelines and trade offs Technical involvement Stay close enough to the codebase and architecture to ask good questions, spot risk early, and contribute to key technical decisions Support the team on the messy, real world integration challenges that come from deploying robots on customer sites Help set and maintain engineering standards: code quality, testing, documentation and ways of working About You You have managed senior, experienced software engineers before, ideally including specialists with PhDs or deep research backgrounds, and you know how to lead people who often know more about their specialism than you do You genuinely enjoy the people side of engineering management. Communication, coaching, alignment and conflict resolution are not a tax you pay to get to the technical work, they are a core part of what motivates you You have a strong technical foundation, ideally with experience in robotics, computer vision, ML or high performance and embedded systems, enough to understand trade offs, ask sharp questions and hold your own in architecture discussions You are comfortable operating at the interface between disciplines, working closely with hardware teams, product and leadership to keep everyone aligned You are a clear, proactive communicator, equally able to represent the team's work upward and to translate strategy downward You are pragmatic and calm under pressure, comfortable with the unpredictability of robots operating in messy, real world environments You are low ego and collaborative, happy to be the person who unblocks others rather than the one with the loudest technical opinion in the room You genuinely enjoy working on software that touches real customers in live environments, not just lab or research code. You want to see your work running on the shop floor, not just in a sim What Will Impress Us They love proactive doers who make senior technical people better. Tell them about a team you have built or grown, a hard people situation you navigated well, or how you have helped a group of strong individual contributors work as a genuine team. If you have managed engineers with deep research or PhD backgrounds, tell them what that actually looked like day to day. Be specific, be honest about what was hard, and say why the mission excites you. Location and Working Pattern London office, full time, largely on site at four to five days a week. Expect vibrant startup energy with a team that knows when to laugh and when to buckle down. Our client is an equal opportunity employer and encourages individuals from all backgrounds to apply. Intro M0 is the shared infrastructure where businesses launch their own branded stablecoins and financial institutions power them. Built on a common standard, every stablecoin on M0 is interoperable and liquid from day one – giving businesses programmable control over how money moves in their ecosystems, and giving financial institutions the most advanced issuance stack in the industry. M0 is seeking a sharp, execution-focused Head of Security & Risk to build and own the information security and risk function from the ground up. This is a foundational IC role at a critical inflection point for the company – M0 is onboarding regulated institutional partners, expanding its on-chain liquidity solutions, and operating infrastructure that regulated entities depend on. The information security and risk posture we establish in the next 12 months will define how M0 is perceived by partners, regulators, and institutional investors for years to come. About the Role Reporting to Deputy COO, you will be M0’s first dedicated information security and risk professional – responsible for building the enterprise risk management program, owning the information security compliance certification roadmap, establishing the security operations framework, and responding to partner security due diligence requests. You will work daily across engineering, product, legal, BD, and operations to ensure that M0’s security posture is proactive, documented, and defensible. Key Responsibilities Build and Own Enterprise Risk Management : Build M0’s enterprise risk program from scratch. Cover security, operational, regulatory, and counterparty risk, including the risk register, annual assessments, scenario analyses, and escalation framework across all entities. Own the Information Security Compliance Certification Program : Own M0's compliance posture across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other applicable frameworks — driving all non-technical workstreams (policy writing, auditor coordination, vendor risk, access reviews, third-party SaaS vendor evaluations) and keeping the organization audit-ready at all times. Establish the Information Security Operations Framework : Design and maintain M0's incident response framework, ISMS documentation, and security policies — own external security vendor relationships, facilitate tabletop exercises covering IR, BCP, and DR scenarios, and drive the selection of a security advisory firm for on-call support. Own Partner Information Security Due Diligence : Serve as M0's primary point of contact for institutional partner security due diligence and inbound security questionnaires, build and maintain the reusable documentation package for responding to partner requests, and coordinate with Senior Counsel on information security representations in commercial agreements. Demonstrated track record of building a compliance certification program from scratch, in-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including hands-on end-to-end ownership of a full SOC 2 audit cycle, ISO 27001 implementation/maintenance, etc. Hands-on experience with GRC automation platforms (Vanta, Drata, or equivalent), cloud security environments (AWS preferred), and BCP/DR program design. Proven experience managing external audit relationships end-to-end (including auditors, penetration testing firms, and compliance vendors) and navigating evidence collection and report production. Working understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure, including embedding security controls into DevOps workflows and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) deployments. Preferred certifications: Cloud+, CySA+, CISSP, or CISM. Skills & Attributes A Proactive Risk Thinker: You think in terms of likelihood, impact, and mitigation, and you reason from first principles when regulations are unclear, translating complex risk into clear, business-relevant language. Exceptionally Organized and Process-Driven : You maintain rigorous documentation, evidence records, and program trackers across concurrent workstreams. Your outputs need to be right and audit-ready at all times, and you have a track record of improving processes, not just running them. A Builder with High Ownership : You are a self-starter with a "no job too big, no job too small" mentality. You look around corners to creatively solve problems and have a proven ability to own projects from concept to finish. An Excellent Communicator & Partner : You build trust across engineering, legal, product, and business by speaking their language, embedding compliance as a shared operating principle rather than an external checkpoint, and getting things done through influence rather than authority. Adaptable and Intellectually Curious : You have a positive attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and a relentless curiosity about new technologies. You have a passion for or a strong interest in crypto, blockchain technologies, and DeFi. Nice to Haves Security Certifications : Professional certifications in security risk management such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are preferred. Crypto-Native Familiarity : Familiarity with digital assets, stablecoins, or blockchain infrastructure, including smart contract security risk and on-chain monitoring tools (BlockAid, Chainalysis, or similar). Our client is an established crypto infrastructure business expanding into trading. They are building a funded trading platform for crypto perpetuals, beginning with paper trading and moving toward evaluations, funded accounts and payouts. They are hiring a hands on leader to build and operate the trading risk engine behind that product. You will own the rules, exposure, hedging and payout economics that determine whether the platform can grow safely and profitably. This is not a compliance, audit or advisory position. You will make live risk and trading decisions, work directly with data and help build the underlying systems with Product and Engineering. The team intends to be aggressive on product. They are not looking for someone whose first response to risk is to block a feature, ban a trading style or tighten every limit. They want someone who can identify the real risk, quantify it and find a practical way to support the product through better pricing, smarter limits, targeted monitoring, trader segmentation, routing, hedging or staged rollouts. Restrictions should be precise and evidence based. Broad bans should be reserved for risks that cannot be measured or controlled. What You Will Own The firm's trading book, aggregate exposure and risk appetite Funded account rules, including drawdown, leverage, concentration and consistency parameters Reliable payout reviews, payout liability forecasting and reserve requirements Trader classification, including profitable, toxic, fraudulent and correlated behaviour Decisions about which activity remains simulated, is internalised, is matched internally or is hedged externally External hedging strategy and relationships with venues, liquidity providers and market makers Net exposure by instrument, strategy, trader cohort and correlated account group Margin, liquidation, circuit breaker and kill switch controls Real time monitoring, alerts, incident response and daily risk reporting Risk requirements for product, data and trading infrastructure Recruitment and leadership of the future risk and dealing team Trading and Execution Responsibilities Build the logic for A book, B book and hybrid routing across funded accounts Determine when the firm should hedge positions on external venues and when exposure can remain internal Measure shadow P&L so a trader's apparent profitability is tested against real fees, funding, spread, slippage and execution costs Configure and continuously review leverage, margin requirements, available instruments, spreads, mark ups and other trading conditions Monitor execution speed, fills, rejected orders, pricing anomalies, market gaps and platform incidents Investigate toxic flow, latency arbitrage, coordinated trading, copy trading, multi account abuse and attempts to exploit payout rules Lead the response during unusual volatility, system failures and concentrated exposure events Produce clear recommendations and risk reports for the founders and senior leadership Product and Commercial Partnership You will be the risk voice in product discussions from the beginning. Your role is to make informed risk taking possible, not to remove risk from the business. For every proposed feature, instrument, promotion or rule change, you should be able to explain: How trader behaviour may change and which risks matter How expected payouts and unit economics could be affected Which risks can be priced, limited, monitored, routed or hedged How to launch without weakening the product proposition Which evidence would justify expanding, changing or stopping the feature after launch The goal is not the lowest possible risk. It is to take the right risks deliberately, protect legitimate payouts and give the product room to win. What Success Looks Like Within your first six months, you will have: Established measurable risk limits and clear escalation procedures Built reliable exposure, payout and trader behaviour monitoring Implemented systematic trader segmentation and routing Created a fair and repeatable payout review process Built a clear framework for deciding when to simulate, internalise, match or hedge trades Validated hedging performance and external execution costs Enabled ambitious product launches with controls proportionate to the actual risk Created a scalable operating model for the risk and dealing function Ideal Background Five or more years in trading risk, dealing, quantitative trading, market making or a closely related function preferred Demonstrated ownership of live trading exposure is more important than tenure Direct experience with funded trader platforms, retail FX or CFD brokers, crypto derivatives exchanges, proprietary trading firms or market makers Strong knowledge of perpetuals, leverage, margin, liquidation, funding and market microstructure Practical experience with A book and B book management, hedging, routing and liquidity providers Experience analysing trader behaviour, trading abuse and correlated accounts Comfortable using SQL, Python or equivalent tools to work directly with trading data Able to translate risk logic into precise product and engineering requirements Strong commercial judgement across growth, trader experience, payouts and firm profitability Inventive and pragmatic, able to design controls that enable growth rather than defaulting to blanket restrictions Calm and decisive during volatile markets and operational incidents This Role Is Not Suitable If Your experience is primarily compliance, audit, credit policy or operational risk documentation You have advised trading teams but never owned live exposure or execution decisions You treat eliminating risk as the goal, or regularly default to saying no when a risk can be measured and managed You prefer creating frameworks over implementing and operating them You cannot work directly with data, engineers and imperfect early stage systems You are unwilling to make time sensitive decisions when the trading book is at risk

About Us We are a European-based blockchain and digital asset investment firm operating over $70M in assets across our flagship early-stage venture and credit strategies. The firm originates from an early-stage venture fund launched a few years ago, which built the foundations of our presence and conviction in DeFi through investments in a number of leading protocols, as well as unicorns in non-DeFi verticals. Building on that foothold in DeFi, we launched our credit fund last year, an EU-regulated fund dedicated to institutionally deploying capital into the wide array of yield opportunities across digital asset markets. Down the line, the team plans to extend its rigorous due diligence approach and proprietary strategies to an on-chain asset management line of business, in order to further grow operating capital and expand our presence on-chain. With continued expansion in mind, we are committed to being at the forefront of DeFi, CeFi, and blockchain innovation in the financial industry. We are currently seeking someone with a tenured background in DeFi and digital asset yield strategies to join the Credit Fund as Portfolio Manager. About the Role Currently operating $35M, the fund has built a 12-month institutional and regulated track record of deploying capital on-chain under a non-directional, multi-strategy yield mandate for its investors. Since incepting with $15M, the fund has actively expanded its capital base and is aiming to scale beyond $50M in AUM by the end of the year, a step that naturally calls for a greater degree of portfolio management sophistication. We are seeking a seasoned individual in DeFi to own the fund's investment allocations and elevate the portfolio through its journey of AUM expansion. Upon joining, the Portfolio Manager will take ownership of the fund's portfolio and lead allocations for the majority of the AUM across a multi-strategy DeFi and on-chain book. This entails staying at the bleeding edge of the available universe of yield strategies and overseeing the end-to-end investment cycle, from sourcing, relationship building, and rigorous underwriting, through to selection, position monitoring, and portfolio rebalancing. From day one, the Portfolio Manager will have the full support of the team, currently made up of the co-founders, a DeFi security engineer, CFO, legal counsel, and soon a Head of Lending. This is a role that offers a very high degree of agency, the latitude to explore, to build, and to organise people and process as they see fit, but it carries in equal measure the responsibility to deliver results for the team and its investors. We are looking for someone eager to take ownership of our investment processes, deploy capital on-chain with institutional rigour, build systems, and help scale the fund to $100M+. The Ideal Candidate - At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing active DeFi portfolios and non-directional on-chain yield strategies - Direct responsibility for portfolio performance, with experience coordinating people and resources around investment objectives - A demonstrable record of generating competitive market returns - A demonstrable ability to source differentiated alpha and yield opportunities on-chain - Strong understanding of DeFi-specific risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities, depegging, liquidations, oracle failures, liquidity constraints, and counterparty exposure, with sound judgment in position sizing and hedging - Deep practical knowledge of the core DeFi stack, including AMMs, lending markets, perpetuals and derivatives, and stablecoin mechanics - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ambition to lead the portfolio and build a high-performing team as the fund grows What We Offer - Base compensation: competitive baseline compensation - Direct upside: significant percentage allocation in end-of-year profit sharing of accumulated fund performance fee, on the same level as management - High ownership and autonomy: freedom at every stage of the investment process including strategy, investment selection, methodologies, and more - Management involvement: input into decisions concerning evolution and growth of the firm

Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain risk infrastructure: margin engines, liquidation systems, and solvency monitors across all Ellipsis products - Develop quantitative models for risk assessment, pricing, and portfolio analysis in DeFi markets - Build low-level, performance-critical systems that keep the exchange solvent during high volatility and liquidity stress - Own initiatives end-to-end, from research and design through launch and ongoing reliability - Monitor system performance at micro and nano-second granularity - Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership in a fast-moving startup environment Requirements - 3+ years of experience preferred; exceptional new grads with strong quantitative backgrounds are also eligible - Strong quantitative and mathematical foundation, through a quant role, a maths, stats, or physics degree, or equivalent experience - Proficiency in at least one systems-level language: Rust, C++, C, Go, Python, or TypeScript - Demonstrated ability to architect and own complex numerical projects independently Bonus Skills - Experience working with blockchain technology, specifically Solana - Proficiency in Rust or strong interest in building in Rust - Experience building liquidation systems, risk engines, or margin call systems - Familiarity with pre-IPO or private market funding structures - Background in TradFi trading, HFT, or crypto exchanges
About the Company We are building infrastructure that is transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We are evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed a Series B round, we are backed by leading investors and looking for people to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry. About the Role We are moving up-market. Our growth now comes from financial institutions and fintechs launching digital asset products — bigger customers with longer implementation cycles, more stakeholders, and higher contract values. You will own a small number of these customers. Sales closes the initial deal and hands the customer over at signature. From there they are yours: get them live, get them using the product, renew them, and grow them. Growth is the part of this role that matters most — one signed contract is a way into the rest of the organisation. You will map it, find the other teams, entities, and regions that need us, and work with Sales to open them. You are also the technical point of contact for your customers. Enterprise conversations get technical early, and you should be able to sit with a customer's integration team and be useful without a Solutions Engineer in the room. Comfort with APIs and the curiosity to work things out yourself matter more here than an engineering background. Key Responsibilities - Identify and close new, complex opportunities; engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to accelerate the sales process - Understand and align with each customer's product, business, and compliance roadmap to uncover opportunities to accelerate their progress - Over time, hire and develop 1-2 additional Solutions Architects and be a vocal advocate for the SA function across the organisation - Recommend and develop systems and processes for the Solutions Architecture team, including metrics to measure performance and impact - Support the design and development of exemplary POCs and act as the escalation point for pre-sales technical issues - Align with GTM leaders to spot market trends and channel insights back to leadership and product teams - Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Engineering to build joint go-to-market initiatives - Maintain strong internal relationships with Product and Engineering, championing the voice of customers and their compliance teams to influence roadmap direction Requirements - 2+ years of pre-sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams - 5+ years across technical sales, consulting, implementation, or go-to-market functions - Track record of building and leading world-class Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering teams, ideally in a SaaS business - Strong hands-on technical sales experience with APIs - Knowledge of payments, crypto, fintech, or RegTech strongly preferred - Strong executive presence and the ability to build deep, credible relationships with prospects and customers - Genuine curiosity and a passion for making customers successful

About the Company We are the all-in-one crypto and stablecoin platform built exclusively for payments companies. Clients onboard with a single partner and unlock stablecoin settlement, payins, payouts, and treasury optimisation across global corridors, all through a single API. The platform is built on top of leading providers at every layer of the stablecoin stack (custody, KYX, screening) with proprietary orchestration technology on top, and is the only platform offering product and licence redundancy in all major markets, with dozens of partners and over 100 global licences. Founded by payments executives and crypto veterans, we announced a $20M Series A in 2026. We are remote-first with offices in Miami and Vienna, and run a first-principles, founder-mindset culture: compliance-first, AI-driven, client-obsessed. About the Role A hands-on senior engineer with a Technical Leadership / Platform specialisation who owns the technical foundation of the platform: roughly 30-50% architecture, the rest hands-on on the most complex, highest-risk backend work. This person defines the platform architecture, so crypto-specific failure modes (finality and reorgs, vendor sandbox-vs-production gaps, stablecoin settlement mechanics, compliance flows in the money path) must be known upfront, not learned on the job. IC-track with no people management, technical influence only. Reports to the Engineering Manager. Everyone on the team is crypto-native with experience from leading crypto and tech companies. We have high standards for ourselves and the people we work with. About the Role You will sit at the intersection of design and growth, partnering closely with the GTM and Product team to create content that converts: product feature launches, socials, growth campaigns, and more. You will be a steward of the brand system: expanding it, refining it, and building the visual world around it so that every touchpoint feels intentional and cohesive. Key Responsibilities - Evolve and document the brand system: typography, colour, illustration, visual language, and world-building - Design social media campaigns in close collaboration with the growth team - Collaborate with Product Design to craft cohesive and delightful brand touchpoints across our surfaces - Design merch concepts Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally at a consumer app, agency, or culture-forward brand - A strong portfolio showing an eye for craft, systematic thinking, and executional range: able to zoom out to set direction and zoom in to ship quality assets - Comfortable experimenting with new tools, concepts, and design processes - Motion design and/or 3D skills are a meaningful plus - Personal crypto trading experience is a plus: everyone on the team trades, and it is what lets the product stand out amongst the competition

Key Responsibilities - Own the test harness for core systems: integration tests, formal verification, chaos testing across ledger, netting, money movement, and payment ordering - Build correctness guarantees that let the rest of the team ship faster with confidence - Design and build internal tools and automation that amplify team productivity - Own CI/CD, dev environments, and deployment infra — make the path to production fast, safe, and boring - Instrument systems with observability (logging, tracing, alerting) to catch issues before customers do Requirements - 3+ years in platform engineering, developer tooling, infrastructure, or reliability engineering - Has built test infrastructure for systems where correctness matters — payments, trading, ledgers, or similar - Strong distributed-systems fundamentals; reasons confidently about resilient, correct systems at scale - Builds production-grade internal tooling without being asked Bonus Skills - Formal verification, property-based testing, or chaos engineering - Stablecoin / blockchain familiarity (teachable; not required) Benefits - Medical, dental, vision - Unlimited PTO - Periodic off-sites
About The Better Money Company The Better Money Company (TBMC) is building a stablecoin clearinghouse — the infrastructure layer that lets stablecoins move like money rather than a trading asset. The clearinghouse gives fintechs, neobanks, banks, and payments companies 1:1 at-par swaps across chains and issuers, with guaranteed settlement times, fixed fees, and a compliant source of funds. They already support 8 of the top 10 issuance platforms and move real money for customers today. Backed by $10M from a16z Crypto, plus BoxGroup, Sunflower Capital, and leading fintech angels. Design partners include Ramp and Modern Treasury. A small, deliberately tight NYC team — they shipped money movement within six months of starting and optimise for autonomy, ownership, and pace over headcount. About the Role The FDE lives at the boundary between TBMC and its customers — payments companies and financial institutions, often on aging, fragmented infrastructure. They come in earlier than a typical FDE: owning the full integration lifecycle, helping define the product surface area built with partners, and translating customer needs into roadmap input. This is an engineer willing to do sales — technical sales alone isn't enough. Key Responsibilities - Own the full integration lifecycle with customers/partners — scoping, technical design, implementation, testing, go-live - Be the connective tissue between customers and product; triage and scope needs into actionable roadmap input - Design and build shared tooling, SDKs, and documentation that make integrating fast and painless - Debug production issues across system boundaries — first responder when something breaks between TBMC and a partner - Talk to users and build product hands-on, not just advise Requirements - 3+ years building and shipping integrations with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking partners - Has been on the other end of the API — knows what good and bad integration experiences feel like - Excellent communication — translates between engineering-speak and customer-speak without losing fidelity - Enough payments fluency to move fast through complex flows of funds Bonus Skills - Stablecoin / blockchain experience (preferred, not required) - Prior forward-deployed / solutions-engineering experience Benefits - Medical, dental, vision - Unlimited PTO - Periodic off-sites
About the Company We are a team of elite builders, moving fast and redefining what's possible. We're a high-growth software development company operating at significant scale in the crypto space, building platforms that have generated substantial revenue and attracted significant attention across the crypto community. About the Role We are looking for a battle-tested SRE expert who solves problems. Someone we can hand an ambiguous, high-stakes infrastructure bottleneck to and trust to navigate it end-to-end scoping it, making sound trade-offs, and knowing when to ask versus when to just execute. Requirements - SRE/Infrastructure Specialist: Infrastructure-as-code, high-availability architecture, network topology, and system internals are your home turf. You write clean, production-grade automation code (Python, Go, or similar) for tooling, operators, and systems integration. - Foundational Infrastructure Experience: Ideally 0 to 1 experience, with the ability to speak credibly about platform architecture decisions you made early — what you were glad about, and what you'd do differently. - Production Systems at Scale: Experience with highly available environments, multi-region or active-active failover designs, real on-call rotations, critical incident response, and blameless post-mortems. You understand why reliability in a financial system is a different kind of serious. - Modern Cloud and Cloud-Native Tooling: Deep expertise in modern cloud providers (AWS, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu). Understanding of the underlying patterns and opinions formed by hard-won experience. - Risk Judgment: You can move fast when the situation allows and slow down when safety demands it — and you can explain why in any given case. Nice to Have - Security & compliance engineering: infrastructure security hardening, IAM architecture, or compliance mapping (SOC 2, ISO) - Data & streaming infrastructure: experience managing and scaling high-throughput, low-latency data backbones and event streaming systems (Kafka, Redpanda, PostgreSQL) - Comfort with crypto/Web3 infrastructure patterns - Cultural leadership: a track record of raising the operational engineering bar through tooling, standards, and mentorship Compensation - Competitive base salary + equity/tokens
