Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Deciml platform at deciml.io. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Platform to submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that:

  • Is false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive โ€” including misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, experience or skills
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including uploading CVs or documents you do not have the right to share
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise offensive
  • Contains malware, viruses, trojan horses, spyware or any other harmful or disruptive code
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation, including data protection law, employment law, or anti-discrimination law
  • Contains unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Discloses confidential information belonging to a third party (such as your current or former employer) without authorisation

2. Prohibited technical conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access, extract or index data from the Platform without our prior written consent
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any related systems
  • Overload, flood or otherwise disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or impair its normal operation
  • Circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, rate limiting, or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software
  • Use the Platform in a way that disproportionately burdens our systems

3. Account and identity rules

  • You must not create accounts on behalf of other individuals without their knowledge and consent
  • You must not create multiple accounts for the same individual
  • You must not impersonate another person or entity, or use a false name or email address
  • You must not share your account credentials with any third party
  • You must not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your access to the Platform
  • Permanently terminate your account and remove your profile
  • Report activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate
  • Take legal action to recover damages or obtain injunctive relief

We may act without prior notice where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform, other users, or third parties.
