Built low-latency infrastructure in Rust for high-throughput operations. Operates at thousands of transactions per day and millions of USD in daily volume. Manages a 6+ person engineering team; owns hiring, roadmap, execution, and reliability.

Created strategies from 0 to 1 using Rust (working directly on Reth codebase) and Solidity. Designed MEV, LP, and proprietary strategies on Rust, Solidity (EVM), Move (Aptos), and Anchor (Solana).
